The selection procedure in most of the banks is based on
I) Written exam exam consists of 2 parts, objective part and a descriptive part.
Those who qualifies written exam are called for interview.
II)In interview, there are 2 stages – Group Discussion ( GD ) & Personal Interview ( PI ).
